- How do I know which products and what range is suited for my skin type?

- Can I purchase Dermalogica products online?

Dermalogica products are available and in-stock, please complete the product enquiry form below to place your order. Alternatively, if you are unsure of what products are right for you we would recommend a virtual or in-clinic complementary skincare consultation. - How long should I be using the products to see the results?

Products should be used for at least three to four weeks to realise the full benefits and compatibility with your skin. Your therapist will guide you when you are ready to review your program over the phone or in-clinic.

- Can I use a combination of both the Dermalogica and Guinot ranges for my home-care routine and in-clinic treatments?

Our skin ranges are chosen carefully to complement each other so it is absolutely fine to interchange or combine products and treatments. We do recommend you seek advice from your therapist to benefit fully from your choice.

- How do I know what facial to book and what facial will be best suited for my skin type?

We recommend the Hydraderm Cellular Energy Facial to start your treatment plan and this will include a detailed skin analysis so that your therapist will be able to give you detailed guidance and advice on the treatments suitable for your skin type and concerns. - How long does it typically take for products to arrive?

Depending on product availability, products will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. If you require your products sooner please contact us to discuss alternative options.

- How far in advance should I book my appointments?

We recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure you are able to find the most convenient time slot for you. This will also ensure adherence to your tailored treatment plans in order to maximise results. On the day appointments are available however availability may vary. Please book appointments here.

- What should I do if I have not received an email confirmation after purchasing products?

- Do all appointments have to be booked online?
